Canada’s Kobra and the Lotus have announced a group of headline tour dates for αutumn time, starting with an appearance at the Metal Female Voices Festival in Oktoberhallen. The band who was signed by Gene Simmons of KISS are currently auditioning for a touring bassist for the tour – kobrametal@gmail.com is the contact email. Registration shuts on the 21st August. Kobra and the Lotus are a really fun band to see live, featuring the talent of Charlie Parra del Riego on guitar as well as the scene-stealing vocals of Kobra Paige. They certainly stand out from the female fronted metal bands that are emerging today.
